We believe great leadership is both rigorous and deeply human.
““My experience was incredible — It combined sharp focus and practical guidance I could put into action right away with genuine empathy for me as a founder.””
“None of what I’ve experienced has felt cookie cutter. It feels human-centered, dynamic, and deeply responsive. ”
We’re endlessly curious about what the highest-performing teams do differently.
One thing we know for sure? Relationships drive results.
Big, bold work depends equally on the systems that drive it and the humans who bring it to life.

What We Believe
-
Everything is functioning at the level of self, relationships, and systems.
-
How leaders move at the top tends to cascade across the system.
-
Patterns are co-created. Everyone has a role to examine.
-
Mindsets drive actions, and actions drive outcomes.
-
Curiosity fuels learning, and learning fuels growth.
“What is Olori?”
Olori, n. A leader by title or presence
Susan was first called an Olori as a child, when elders in Nigeria noticed her bold questions and natural ability to move people. Years later, advising CEOs and scaling organizations, she heard it again — the same spirit, named differently.
The Olori Network was born from that lineage: clear, bold, deeply human leadership.

“They get it — deeply and quickly. The mission. The interpersonal dynamics. The stakes. It’s rare to find a partner who listens like they do and brings both language and action to the table."
