Who

We Are

A Different Kind of Partner

We’re not traditional consultants. We don’t deliver slide decks full of recommendations. And we don’t parachute in for a few workshops.

We step in as a strategic thought partner, facilitator, and systems-level guide.

We help you name what’s getting in the way and shift how your team thinks, decides, and leads.

The result? Clearer priorities, faster momentum, and stronger outcomes that actually stick.

 What Makes Us Different

We’re a cross-sector team of seasoned strategists, operators, and executive coaches who’ve sat in your seat.

We don’t just advise—we roll up our sleeves and move with you through the work.

We’re known for:

Intention

Thinking in systems, acting in steps

TBD

Building capacity, not dependence

Results

Going deep without losing sight of outcomes.

Collaboration

Navigating across silos, sectors, and leadership styles

Honesty

Say the hard thing with clarity and care.

We don’t just help you solve problems; we help you lead differently.

Meet Our Founder

Susan Asiyanbi is a nationally recognized executive, strategist, and operator with deep experience leading large-scale change.

Before founding The Olori Network, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Teach For America, overseeing strategy and operations across 51 regions and 2,000 staff.

She’s also held roles at Boston Consulting Group and Sears Holdings Corporation.

Susan leads with mutuality, grounded presence, and a belief that stronger teams build stronger organizations. Those principles anchor The Olori Network’s work today.

We were built for this moment: Where leadership is no longer about individual heroes but about teams that know how to think, decide, and lead together.

If your team is ready for that shift, we’re ready to walk with you.
