Meet Our Founder
Susan Asiyanbi is a nationally recognized executive, strategist, and operator with deep experience leading large-scale change.
Before founding The Olori Network, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Teach For America, overseeing strategy and operations across 51 regions and 2,000 staff.
She’s also held roles at Boston Consulting Group and Sears Holdings Corporation.
Susan leads with mutuality, grounded presence, and a belief that stronger teams build stronger organizations. Those principles anchor The Olori Network’s work today.
She holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and is a member of CHIEF, YPO, Pahara, and the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
She also serves on the board of the Chicago Children’s Museum.
